General Loan Requirements for New Members

Land Purchase

Requirements

  • Interest rate 8.5%
  • Repayment period 10 years
  • Title Deed

Education Loans

Requirement

  • Interest Rate 10%
  • Repayment period 10 years
  • Acceptance Letter from reputable college/university
  • letter from the Ministry of Education
  • Estimate for cost of the programme
  • Book list where applicable
  • Tangible security on par with request

Vehicle Loan

• Shares Contribution:

  • 25% of vehicle cost (60% for hire vehicles, e.g., vans).

• Documents Needed:

  • Offer letter/invoice from dealer
  • Insurance quotation
  • Valuation (not older than 6 months)
  • Motor vehicle registration
  • At least six (6) vehicle photos
  •  Recent salary slip

Bundle Loan

• Combines all outstanding loans (Domestic, Christmas, Back-to-School, Vehicle, etc.).
Conditions:

  • No upper limit.
  • Maximum term: 84 months (7 years).

Top-Up Loan

  • For any purpose; designed for regular customers.

Conditions:

  • Maximum term: 36 months (3 years).

Gadget Ready Loan

  • For purchasing gadgets (laptops, phones, cameras, drones, etc.).

Conditions:

  • Maximum term: 18 months (1.5 years).

Student Loan

Requirements:

  • School/University acceptance letter
  • Copy of programme cost
  • Recent salary slip

Conditions:

  • 10-year repayment
