Targeted members who regularly  pay there Shares  will be sent a letter with the amount available for them to borrow.

NEW MEMBERS MUST FILL OUT BOTH MEMBERSHIP FORM AND SURVIVORS BENEFIT

Requirements:

• A complete registration form.
• A complete Survivors Benefit form               ( ages 16-55).
• Two (2) forms of identification.
• Utility Bill.
• Job letter / Salary slip.
• An initial payment of  $255.00
